Our Services

We provide services statewide, ranging from 24 hours a day to several hours a week.

Qualified HWS staff will be trained and screened in accordance with the highest standards of the Bureau of Disabilities Services (BDS), in the State of Indiana. HWS will make sure that an individual’s goals are implemented in accordance with the most recent Person-Centered Individualized Support Plan (PCISP).

The Journey to Securing Waiver Services

  • Apply for CIH/FSW Waiver at your local Bureau of Disabilities Services District Office. Or visit the website link below. You must also apply for Medicaid.

  • Once awarded a waiver slot, choose a Case Manager. Case management can be found on the In.gov website.
